• Alcohol and nudity are not permitted in the sauna. The Wildwater Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons.​

  • Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.

  • All persons using the sauna do so at their own risk. If you have any reservations regarding sauna use, such as medical conditions, underlying health problems, the use of prescription drugs or pregnancy, it is essential that you consult your GP before making a booking.

    Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times. This includes;

  • Washing feet in the bucket provided before entering the sauna

  • Sitting on a towel at all times

  • Staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 min at a time (we recommend 5-15 min sessions)

  • Gently pouring water onto the sauna stove; do not dump water

  • Only pouring the provided 'sauna water' on hot rocks and nothing else​​

  • Getting changed within your booked time slot, if you'd like to use the changing room. ​

  • All persons using the sea as a 'cold plunge' do so at their own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you are a capable swimmer and can handle being exposed to the cold temperatures and varying conditions of the sea. ​

  • Anyone under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the sauna. If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use, as well as making others aware of what to bring and other useful information. ​

  • The Wildwater Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.

  • Cancellation Policy

    48h+: cancel on your account for full refund or reschedule for an alternative available time slot in the 3-week booking window

    48-24h: although no credit is guaranteed for last minute cancellations, we'll always do our best to fill the slot to be able to offer credit / reschedule your booking within the 3-week booking window; please email us to cancel / reschedule within 48-24h before your scheduled booking

    -24h: unfortunately we're unable to reschedule / offer credit with less than 24h notice

    We do not offer credit for ‘no shows’

    All sauna sessions are transferable, if you are unable to attend; you can gift your session to a friend / family if you're unable to attend last minute.

    Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 365 days from purchase. To redeem, please email info@wildwatersauna.com to arrange your session.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for the amount chosen at the time of purchase, any difference in price will be paid by the customer upon booking an experience.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Gift voucher needs to be used in one go, and cannot be used on multiple bookings at a lesser value. Please purchase multiple vouchers in this case.

  • The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash or against the purchase of another gift voucher.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers and is not valid with other promos and offers.

  • If gift voucher is used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.

  • Use of the gift voucher constitutes acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully before purchasing.
